The 6 Learning Domains

MOTOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Mastering gross and fine motor skills are important as it enables children to perform daily functions such as walking and eating.
In addition to our daily playground hour, our teachers make learning fun by incorporating play in their lessons.
Did we mention we have an indoor playground? Rain or shine, we play everyday!

LANGUAGE & LITERACY

Children’s language development begins from the time of birth.
We provide a literacy rich environment for children to learn in. Furthermore, teachers also incorporate stories, nursery rhymes and shared reading activities into our lessons and daily routine to promote language and literacy development.

AESTHETIC & CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Our teachers provide a range of stimuli, ideas and opportunities for children to draw, paint, print and construct.
Children are often fascinated with the arts and are easily motivated to express themselves creatively without inhibition when exploring art & music and movement.

NUMERACY

Numbers, shapes and colours are all around us. Children begin to develop numeracy skills from a very early age.
Through the use of concrete materials and hands-on activities, children will learn and apply numeracy concepts and skills meaningfully in their daily experiences.

SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL
DEVELOPMENT

We create ample opportunities for children to build relationships through small and big group activities, we also plan celebrations to increase children's awareness of the unique practices and values of different cultures in Singapore.

DISCOVERY OF THE WORLD

Children are curious learners who construct knowledge by actively exploring with the world around them.
We foster a sense of curiosity through learning journeys, simple experiments as well as sensorial and kitchen science activities. These experiences help to develop skills such as observing and comparing that are necessary for their future learning.
